For the series CC No. 2 - Craving Coincidence, ausland had invited 6 musicians to curate for us a two-day mini festival each - among them Berlin based musician, composer, noisemaker, radio author, actor and lecturer Frieder Butzmann. Due to the pandemic, we had to transform some of the programme into other media and formats. Frieders CC2-edition had eventually been produced as a movie, comprising musical, performative and visual contributions by many guests, who sent us their clips or whom we've partly recorded in Berlin. Many of them are featuring Butzmann himself, who, at the same time, leads through the movie's eclectic programme as moderator. En passant, the movie turns out to be a continuation of Butzmanns 2020-book "Wunderschöne Rückkopplungen".
Everybody's warmly invted to watch and celebrate the movie and have a drink with us, Butzmann and the featured artists.

Frieder Butzmann ...*1954 am Bodensee nahe der Schweizer Grenze, lebt seit 1975 in Berlin. Er war der erste post-Punk. Seit 1976 trat er verschiedenenorts in Erscheinung, so etwa im Kreuzberger SO36 oder am MoMA in New York. Dabei schuf er zum Beispiel Musik für eine Barocke Party, eine Klingonische Oper, mehr als 30 Radiohörspiele sowie Klangkunststücke und Internetprojekte wie etwa das Spunkkrachlexikon oder comish music. Heute arbeitet er nach wie vor in und mit seinem Studio für Komische Music in Berlin.

Appeared since 1976 at differnet places as SO 36 in Berlin Kreuzberg and Museum of Modern Art New York. He did things like Musik für eine Barocke Party, a Klingon Opera, more than 30 radio plays, Sound art pieces and internet projects as Spunkkrachlexikon or comish music. Still working permanently at his Studio für Komische Music in Berlin.
