All The Rivers Workshop: videohex | live coding workshop
Introduction to live coding using the open source, web-based video synthesiser hydra (http://hydra.ojack.xyz/). The workshop will cover the basics of using javascript to create glitchy video effects and generative graphics in real time. We will also explore live camera inputs, and incorporating live visuals into audiovisual performances and DIY websites. No coding experience necessary.
The workshop lasts for 2 days:
