Nguyễn Baly

Nguyễn Baly graduated from Applied Theatre Studies at the Institute for Applied Theatre Studies in Giessen. Baly’s practice encompasses avant-garde art, experimental music and performance from an urgent postcolonial perspective exploring themes related to gender, ethnicity and the diasporic condition. An extensive collaborator, Baly has been producing sound works as well as performing in the field of performing arts since 2010, working with artists and collectives such as but not limited to Arnita Jaunsubrena, Katharina Hauke, Anh Trieu, Hysterisches Globusgefühl and Tara Transitory as Nguyễn + Transitory.
