Rest in healing work: Justice in Care Work” | Workshop & Talk with Colleen Ndemeh,  Lydia Röder and Anguezomo Nze Mba Bikoro.

In this session therapist and care worker Lydia Röder will offer participants Body Tambura healing, an embodied receptive sonic therapy in palliative care designed to heal internal organs from illness, grief and CPTSD (in German with whisper translation). Artist Colleen Ndemeh will offer collective body movements based on a multi-media experience inspired by anti-colonial and abolitionist reflections. Artist Anguezomo will offer echo-logy meditations based on plant vibrations to reflect on modes of historical black liberation and tools to deal with safety, conflict and exit pathways.

In The Dream House: Rituals for De-marginalizing the Intersection of Race & Healthcare responds with a series on feminist healthcare migrant revolts in Germany reflecting on historical protests, rituals and therapies at the intersections of race, politics and care work. The project proposes collective somatic tools for transformational holistic justice creating spaces for safe encounters reflecting on frameworks of solidarity and community.

There is a limited amount of places, please register HERE before! The workshop/lecture/intervention fee is 10 €. If you cannot afford this, come anyways and pay what you can.
