Ana Kravanja
Ana Kravanja (1983) is a multiinstrumentalist, active in musical groups Najoua (author music for 15 kalimbas) and Širom (author music on a myriad of homemade, traditional and classical instruments). As a violinist she has been free improvising with slovenian and foreign musicians and dancers as Samo Kutin, Tomaž Grom, Irena Tomažin, Vid Drašler, Jošt Drašler, Andrej Fon, Tea Vidmar, Marko Karlovčec, Seijiro Murayama, Ryuzo Fukuhara, Lotus Edde Khouri, Matija Schellander, Maja Osojnik, Aleksandar Škorić, Henrik Olsson, Susanna Gartmayer, etc. She made author music for two slovenian theatre shows and one documentary movie (Zazidan kamen Krasa - Jadran Sterle, 2012). In 2013 she formed a project Glacies, where musicians perform on refrigerator shelves. Partly improvised composition Tinitus was performed at Neposlušno festival in Ljubljana in 2014. She also takes part in Olfamoštvo ensemble, that plays sharp and critical, freejazz, afro-beat, noise compositions by slovenian songwriter Olfamož.
