Michele Anelli

Michele Anelli is a double bass player, improvisor and sound artist based in Turin (Italy). He is active in many different styles of musical research like extended techniques, noise, concrete music, field recordings, free impro, free jazz. He is active in several projects like the electronic solo Tzaumness, the duo Oort with Ncholas Remondino, the trio Vòrti with Michel Doneda and Remondino. He works also with dance and theatre and as musical teacher. He have many releases like “Meridian” as Oort for Tour de Bras, “Everything leads to the circularity of the Infinite” as Tzaumness for AmbientNoiseSession and Setola di Maiale Unit with Evan Parker for Setola di Maiale. He organized for several years the little festival Noise Delivery that host many international artist. He collaborated with MIchel Doneda, Evan Parker,Phil NIblock, Jonas Kocher, Gino Robair...
