Auf Basis einer breiten musikalischen Palette, die experimentellen Rock und elektronische Avantgarde-Klänge ebenso umfasst wie unkonventionelle Pop- und Jazz-Ansätze bietet das Album Painting Is Dead eine vielschichtige musikalische Mischung, die sich nahtlos in das Gesamtprojekt integriert und doch für sich steht.

Their music can be categorized as Synth Pop/Avant Kraut/Noise Jazz, if you like. Together with media artist Paula Reissig, the group has launched a three-part project that can be experienced as a computer game designed by the multimedia artist, as a hybrid and audio-visual live show, and on vinyl, with the vinyl version bringing together the physical world with virtual realities as much as analog media with the possibilities of digital technologies.
